WELL Spa + Janice Salon

Z2 is also developing a new image for two of the Pfister Hotel’s favorite features: WELL Spa + Janice Salon. We are very excited to work with both businesses, each of which have enjoyed a great deal of success since opening their doors: for more than two decades, Janice Salon has been a staple for Pfister guests, and the WELL Spa was named to Milwaukee Magazine’s “Best of 2007” list.

Milwaukee Bonecrushers

Z2 recently introduced the Milwaukee Bonecrushers to the world. The Bonecrushers, a CIFL-expansion professional indoor football team, will be led by head coach and former Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Gilbert Brown as they aim to make a mark on the league. The team’s inaugural season kicks off in March 2008 with home games being played at the U.S. Cellular Arena.

Milwaukee Wave’s 2007-08 season

The Milwaukee Wave’s latest drive for a MISL championship is in full swing. Supporting the Wave this season is the “You In?” marketing campaign — a brighter, colorful follow-up to 2006-07’s Clarion Award-winning “Sweat” campaign. Look for a new pre-game song, player introductions and jumbo screen video at all Wave home games.

Clarion Award

For the second time in two years, Z2 Marketing + Design has been named a Clarion Award winner, a national competition that honors superior achievement in communication. Winning in the Press Kit division for its Delafield Hotel press kit, Z2 was recently honored at the Association for Women in Communications annual conference in Orlando.

Welcome Justin Ninneman

We are extremely proud to have added art director Justin Ninneman, Z2’s seventh full-time staff member. Justin graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in 2003 with a BFA in communication design, and they liked him so much that they asked him to come back and teach the MIAD Senior Thesis class. Before joining Z2, Justin has also lent his creativity to Kohl’s Department Stores, Jigsaw and Twin Image.

Client Spotlight: Novum Structures

Novum Structures, a world leading specialty contractor for high-technology spatial architectural structures and enclosures, hired Z2 to lead their public relations initiatives. Since then, Novum has been featured in major publications including Architectural Record, US Glass Magazine and Modern Steel Construction. We congratulate Novum on their well-deserved recognition, and we look forward to an even brighter 2008!
